Auction Info & FAQs

1.   GENERAL

·  AUCTION OPENS - JUNE 6

While the auction is OPEN, bids are accepted for silent auction items and donations can be made.

·  AUCTION CLOSES - JUNE 13 at 10PM

Once the auction is CLOSED, bids and purchases can no longer be placed.

·  PAYMENT OR PLEDGE TO PAY IS DUE BY 12PM ON SUNDAY, JUNE 14.

2.   CHECK-OUT

When the auction closes you will see the items you won and a total amount due on your account.

·  PAY BY CREDIT CARD - Click "Pay" on the app or site and enter your information.

NOTE - McKinley School Foundation is providing donors the option to cover the processing fees if they choose to pay with a credit card so that 100% of the donation is received.

·  PAY BY CHECK - Payments by check are entered manually.

·  Donors that do not wish to pay by credit card can pledge to pay by check.

·  Donors with outstanding balances on Sunday, June 14 will be contacted between 9AM-12PM to reconcile and coordinate payment.

3.   ITEM VALIDITY & EXPIRATION DATES

·  Every item contains a description and details.

·  Expiration dates and limitations are noted in the item, if applicable.

·  Items for businesses that are currently closed due to COVID-19 will be honored when allowed to re-open.

4.   REDEMPTION LOGISTICS

·  Certificate/Gift Card Items - Will be e-mailed or mailed to the winner, as applicable.

·  Physical Items (baskets/product/art) - is LOCAL PICK UP ONLY. Date & time to be coordinated with the winner.

·  Shipping is NOT available for any physical item.
